Nintendo updates their EULA preventing users from suing them and allows them to brick the console if used illegaly

While preparation for the upcoming Switch 2 are at full swing, Nintendo has also been updating their online and account services, and this week they have updated their End User License Agreement (EULA), adding some interesting paragraphs into it.
